Hotel Accommodations

Our hotel reservation portal is now closed.
Attendees looking for a room can try booking a room directly with the Ala Moana Hotel or view current rates and availability at nearby hotels online by searching for, “hotels near the Hawaii Convention Center,” and inputting their desired dates.

Refunds and Cancellations

All refund and cancellation registration requests must be completed no later than February 1, 2024 (HST). If requested by the deadline, a full refund will be administered minus any transaction fees.
