All proposals submitted on or before October 6, 2023 will be reviewed for consideration by strand chairs and reviewers.

All accepted proposals will be notified on November 30, 2023. Lead presenters will need to accept within one week of notifications. Registration for lead and co-presenters must be paid and completed by December 31, 2023.

If registration is not paid by December 31, 2023, proposals will be reassigned to the waitlist and another presentation will be selected in its place.

Registrations for all lead and co-authors for presentations are due by December 31, 2023.
