Deadline to have your proposal considered during our Round 1 reviews. If you missed this deadline, you can still submit your proposal by December 1, 2022 for consideration in the Round 2 reviewing process.

All proposals submitted on or before October 1, 2022 will be reviewed for consideration by strand chairs and reviewers.

All accepted proposals will be notified on October 28, 2022. Lead presenters will need to accept within one week of notifications. Registration for lead and co-presenters must be paid within 3 weeks of the acceptance email.

If registration is not paid by the third week, proposals will be reassigned to the waitlist.
