- Confirmation Acceptance: January 5, 2026 email prcall@hawaii.edu. All confirmations not accepted by the date will be removed from the program, and the waitlist will be accepted.
- Paid Registration: January 16, 2026 visit the website https://pacrim.coe.hawaii.edu/registration-2026/.
- Waitlist Proposals: January 16, 2026 will be contacted.
- Changes to Proposal: January 30, 2026 visit our proposal website https://go.hawaii.edu/hUr. And click on the “Already submitted? View your submission.”
