As December arrives, it’s a wonderful time to embrace the spirit of reflection, celebration, and connection that this season brings.
We’re excited to carry that spirit into the 41st Annual Pacific Rim International Conference on Disability, happening May 27–30, 2026, in Honolulu, Hawaiʻi!
Our theme, “Unbreakable Threads: Communities of Resilience and Continuity,” highlights the enduring bonds and collective strength that support us—especially during times of change.
The Call for Proposals is now closed, and our team is currently reviewing submissions throughout December. We’re grateful to everyone who shared their ideas, stories, and research—your contributions help shape a rich and meaningful conference experience.
We are now welcoming exhibitors and sponsors who wish to support and engage with this global gathering. It’s a wonderful opportunity to showcase your work, connect with an international community, and contribute to an event centered on resilience, collaboration, and shared purpose.
Volunteer applications are now OPEN and will close Saturday, January 31, 2026. Become a key part of our conference team and help us make this conference happen. Volunteer for eight (8) hours in exchange for FREE conference registration. Apply to be a volunteer today at https://forms.gle/HTHtLWDGfeahf91J7! Thanks!
