Hotel reservation portal will close at midnight HST on Wednesday, March 26, 2025.

Registration closes on Saturday, April 18, 2026.
All requests for accommodations must be submitted by February 28, 2026.

Photo Release Statement

Registration and attendance at, or participation in, this event constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution of the registrant or attendees’ image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and activities by the event organizers and other third parties, including but not limited the venue and host city.

Refunds and Cancellations

All refund and cancellation registration requests must be completed no later than April 18 (HST). If requested by the deadline, a full refund will be administered minus any transaction fees.
