All proposals submitted on or before October 1, 2024 will be reviewed for consideration by strand chairs and reviewers.

All accepted proposals submitted by September 15, 2024 will be notified on October 11, 2024. All accepted proposals submitted by October 1, 2024 will be notified by November 5, 2024. Lead presenters must RSVP their acceptance within one week of notifications. Registration for lead and co-presenters must be paid and completed by January 10, 2025.

If registration is not paid by January 10, 2025, proposals will be reassigned to the waitlist and another presentation will be selected in its place. For more information on registration contact prreg@hawaii.edu.
