Annie Moriyasu is an artist and creator of Make Art, Change Lives, a statewide disability arts project is a studio program that works with artists to experiment, develop, and create their artwork in a supported and professional studio environment in which they receive individualized instruction.
Previously, building on quarterly inclusive art making events, the art program classes is currently conducted weekly via Zoom. We work to expand the project a program focused on creating opportunities for the general public and local area artists to join our artists in the art making process through community-based
workshops, joint art projects, events, and exhibitions. Make Art, Changes Lives is a project of the Hawaii Self-Advocacy Advisory Council.
